Cairn 2e · one shared table · every roll accounted for

A game master that can show its work.

Speak naturally. Sudden Hero turns your intent into a rules proposal, lets a deterministic engine settle it, then narrates what actually happened. The story can improvise. The facts cannot drift.

Access is limited to approved Google accounts. Invitations let approved players join a table.

The LLM proposes. The engine disposes.

One beat at a time

The tale stays loose. The rules stay put.

  1. 01

    Say what you do

Type in ordinary language. Speak in character, ask a table question, or attempt something the rules never named.

  2. 02

    The engine settles it

Legal actions, dice, damage, clocks, and state changes resolve in deterministic code and land in an append-only event ledger.

  3. 03

    The GM tells the truth

The model receives the committed result and narrates from it. It can add voice and surprise, never a different outcome.

Built for the whole party

Solo is simply a party of one.

Friends share the same table, declare into the same beat, and see the same committed world. Reconnects and restarts recover from the ledger instead of asking the model to remember what happened.

The barrow door is open a crack

The alpha is small on purpose.
